Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team as a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust infrastructure and management of computing systems, ensuring high availability and robustness of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on infrastructure services to ensure smooth studio production and operations.
  • Assist with Level 2 escalations for Firewall, Switches, Network equipment, Storage, Virtual Machines, and SaaS services.
  • Manage permissions, rules, and policies for various software used in the company.
  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory group policies, login scripts, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Maintain Active Directory and virtual servers.
  • Build and configure Windows and VMware servers.
  • Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design, and standards for the studio.
  • Oversee data backup and restoration processes.
  • Maintain documentation for various IT solutions architected, deployed, and used in the organization.
  • Efficiently monitor deployed services and support automated reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Assist in end-user support (level 3 and above).
Qualifications and Key Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a constantly evolving production environment.
  • 5+ years of Systems Administration and Support experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Storage or Virtualization Administrator is preferred.
  • Strong ITSM management skills. Hands-on experience with ManageEngine/ServiceNow products preferred.
  • Windows server installation and administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, DFS/R, Office 365).
  • Linux configuration and administration skills (RHEL/Ubuntu).
  • VMware/Nutanix/Hypervisor, installation and administration via vCLI/API/Ansible.

  • Software: JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Perforce, ManageEngine, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Inventory, Miro.
  • Languages: Python, SQL, PowerShell, Bash.
  • Scripting and automation.
  • Familiar with A/V systems.
