Job Summary:

Asyadcapital is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Active Directory environment, virtualized infrastructure, network, storage solutions, and backup systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Active Directory Management:
  • Administer and manage Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and domain services.
  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of Active Directory infrastructure.
Virtualization and Storage Management:
  • Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere and ESXi environments.
  • Maintain and monitor storage solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on virtual machines and storage systems.
Network Infrastructure:
  • Configure and manage Fortigate firewalls and other network security devices.
  • Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, VLAN, and VPN networks.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and ensure network reliability and security.
Backup and Recovery:
  • Implement and manage Veeam Backup solutions for data protection and disaster recovery.
  • Perform regular backup testing and ensure data recovery capabilities.
  • Maintain backup schedules and manage storage capacity for backups.
Email and Collaboration Tools:
  • Manage Office 365 email services, ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Teams and other Office 365 collaboration tools.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and troubleshoot related issues.
System Administration:
  • Perform routine system administration tasks, including patch management, software updates, and performance tuning.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and network diagrams.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
Security and Compliance:
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory administration.
  • Proficiency with VMware vSphere and ESXi.
  • Experience with Fortigate firewalls and security appliances.
  • Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, VLAN, and VPN configurations.
  • Experience with Veeam Backup and Replication.
  • Proficient in Office 365 administration, including email and Teams management.
  • Experience with IP phone systems and VoIP technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CCNA, Windows Server, VCP, Fortinet NSE, Microsoft 365 Certified)
