About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Manager to join our team at Egis Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving and managing changes in the infrastructure industry environment.

With a strong background in engineering or a related field, you will have a deep understanding of process management and statistical software. Your expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) will enable you to lead projects, train and coach personnel, and complete problem-solving projects.

As a Governance Manager, you will be expected to have excellent English written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent presentational skills. Experience working internationally is a plus, with a preference for candidates with experience in KSA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage changes in the infrastructure industry environment
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Train and coach personnel on process management and statistical software
  • Complete problem-solving projects and lead Six Sigma projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited university
  • Completed Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 3 years' work experience in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt)
