The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales family. As the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering client-focused solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and existing clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of solutions.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, executive sponsors, and customer teams.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Prepare reports on account status and collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities within assigned territories.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record in account management, with experience in CRM software, MS Office, and negotiation/presentation skills.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level executives.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
