The Sales Representative role at DIESEL MACHINERY COMPANY LIMITED is a pivotal position responsible for generating revenue through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing expert knowledge on our heavy equipment products.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, including pricing schedules and payment terms.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track sales performance, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in heavy equipment sales, preferably in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam.
- Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
