Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and long-term financial plans for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, and provide insightful analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Financial Risk Management: Implement strategies to minimize financial risk, ensuring the organization's financial stability and security.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and interpret cash flows, predicting future trends and ensuring the organization's liquidity and solvency.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining a strong control environment and ensuring the organization's financial integrity.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and shared objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the same field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a financial manager, with extensive understanding of financial trends within the company and general market patterns.
  • Skills: Proficient user of finance software, strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, able to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
  • Qualifications: Master's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the same field, professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
