We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Organon. As a Sales Representative - Neurology, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with targeted customers, including specialists, to create sustainable value for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs and marketing, to provide relevant information to customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Manage interactions with customers to ensure they receive meaningful, up-to-date, and scientifically valuable information.
  • Stay up-to-date on customer needs related to patient management and ensure appropriate and professional sales management.
  • Maintain the stature of an Organon professional through behavior in accordance with established company practices, policies, and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher education in a related field.
  • Licensed Pharmacist (as per market).
  • At least 2 years of successful work experience in the pharmaceutical field service as a Sales Representative with a strong sales record.
  • Experience in specialty care preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, high motivation, and enjoyment of networking and strong sociability with a professional appearance.
  • Independent, solution- and result-oriented working style with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
