  3. On-Site Support: Provide on-site application support to our partners for any first installation in their countries, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
  4. Coordination and Organization: Coordinate with distributors to support customers, organizing regular visits to selected countries to provide support to our partners.
  5. Consultancy and Improvement: Support distributors and affiliates with a consultancy approach in organizing and improving their local application structure and capabilities, ensuring they can effectively utilize our diagnostic solutions.

  7. Troubleshooting and Escalation: Act as primary contact for the troubleshooting of quality and performance issues, open and follow up complaints when applicable, and escalate to the SBU when needed.
  8. Commercial Strategy Support: Cooperate with other internal representatives to support our commercial strategy, including the support of IT solution implementation.
  9. Technical Product Information: Share technical product information updates with all pertinent stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date.
  10. Internal Communication: Regularly upload and update internal communication channels with relevant documentation such as operator manuals, product information, and other relevant materials and resources to technically support distributors and affiliates.
  11. Support Meetings and Conference Calls: Organize support meetings and conference calls with our partners and affiliates to share information and align main application strategies and actions.
  12. Key Support Projects: Keep the internal team and management updated on key support projects, actions, and initiatives.
  13. International Meetings: Attend international meetings to remain current on technical updates, best practices, application strategy, and corporate projects.
  14. Tender Support: Eventually, support our partners, especially from non-zero distance countries, on tenders technical specifications and other pre-sales activities.
  15. Solution Evaluation: Eventually, help distributors to perform evaluation of our solutions to commercial prospects.
  16. Marketing Plan Implementation: Support the implementation of the marketing plan for the assigned business line products in the responsibility area of the KSA Regional HQ with the coordination of EEMEA Marketing and Customer Support teams.
  17. Event Organization: Support the organization of educational events in alignment with the marketing plan.
  18. Product Solution Collaboration: Collaborate with the team for the most suitable product solution in commercial opportunities.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree in a scientific, technical, or biomedical field, with specific technical and scientific knowledge for the business line(s) of responsibility.

  1. Technical Background: Technical background, preferably knowledge on IVD industry.

  1. Marketing and Sales Knowledge: Preferably knowledge of Marketing and Sales Processes.
  2. Project Management: Project management skills.
  3. Software Knowledge: SAP and Microsoft knowledge.
