Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Oversees all aspects of Pini Group's operations, including project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Project Oversight: Ensures the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects meet client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Management: Manages and mentors a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies areas for operational improvement and implements strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency across the organization.
  • Client Relations: Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operations, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and profitability.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensures all operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards, maintaining the highest level of service delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identifies potential risks related to operations and projects and develops and implements mitigation strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborates with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in operations management.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Regional Experience: Experience working in the Middle East or familiarity with regional regulations and business practices is highly desirable.
