We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets in Saudi Arabia and drive the developmental and financial success of the assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the overall business performance of all restaurant outlets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Implement cost control measures to minimize expenses and maximize profitability.
  3. Develop and motivate staff to achieve sales targets, focusing on exceptional customer service and quality of food and beverage.
  4. Maintain and improve restaurants' image through consistent delivery of Anatolia Brand standards.
  5. Drive initiatives to increase profits and expand market share.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 8 years' experience in restaurants, with a proven track record in casual or fine dining concepts/hospitality.

  3. KSA resident with strong leadership qualities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. High level of proficiency in MS Office applications and strong knowledge of cost control measures, inventory management, and quality control.
  5. Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing business needs.
