We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting & Financial Management Professional to join our team at Eram Talent. As a key member of our finance and procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of financial reporting and procurement coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions, and prepare, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure compliance with our financial policies and guidelines.
- Financial Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Insurance, for accounting and budgeting-related matters.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate financial reports and conduct analyses to provide insights into financial performance, and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Forecasting & Planning: Act as a key budget user for the team, coordinate with various teams for populating budget templates, and submit these templates for review by leadership. Collaborate with team leaders to forecast financial needs and plan budgets accordingly, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Procurement SPOC: Process coordination, vendor management, and development of comprehensive Scope of Work documents for procurement activities.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and procurement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
