Job Description

The Head of SME & Micro Business Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive SME and micro business financing growth. This includes building and managing a pipeline of leads, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with business owners, corporate clients, and financial partners, and leading client acquisition, negotiations, and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive SME and micro business financing growth.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring high conversion rates and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with business owners, corporate clients, and financial partners.
  • Lead client acquisition, negotiations, and deal structuring, ensuring successful financing agreements.
Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in SME or micro business sales within banks, financial institutions, or financing companies.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and successfully closing financing deals.
  • Extensive network and strong relationships within SME and business sectors.
  • Ability to craft and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
