Job Title: Assistant Manager

Logistics Executive Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. System Integration and Data Validation:
    Ensure seamless alignment between SAP and WMS systems, validating and managing master data to maintain data integrity.
  2. Stock and Cycle Counts:
    Collaborate in periodic stock counts, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and systems are updated prior to counts, and complete postings as directed to maintain accurate inventory records.
  3. Reporting and KPI Management:
    Complete all relevant reports and ensure all KPIs are updated, presenting information to the Country Manager and Warehouse Supervisor for verification.
  4. Data Entry and Cross-Training:
    Apply proficiency in all data entry systems and processes, cross-training members of the data input team to ensure comprehensive team knowledge.
  5. Inventory Management:
    Ensure all inventory movements, both received and dispatched, have a complete paper trail and are accurately recorded in the system.
  6. Customer Assistance:
    Assist customers in correcting order variations in the system prior to issuing pick sheets to the warehouse.
  7. Advisory and Operational Support:
    Report to the Country Manager on all system-related matters, assisting in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by addressing system issues and facilitating efficient workflows.
Requirements:
  1. Proven 5 years in a similar warehousing or logistics role.
  2. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  3. Must hold a Warehouse Systems certification.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and WMS.
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations.
  6. Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferable.
  7. Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
  8. Effective time management abilities and capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  9. Exposure to Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and vehicle movement.
