  1. Warehouse Operations: Oversee all internal activities related to the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  2. Inventory Management: Conduct daily physical counts of goods, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and report to the storeman.
  3. Labor Allocation: Allocate jobs to laborers, monitor their performance, and ensure they are working efficiently.
  4. Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, identify irregularities, and report to the storeman.
  5. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment in the warehouse is well-maintained, used properly, and that periodic maintenance is recorded.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Implement, sustain, and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System (MS) in accordance with legislation, PepsiCo GEHSMS, and relevant EHS standards.
Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:

  1. Minimum two years in a supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions, preferably in the FMCG business.
  2. Additional experience in a labor-intensive organization is preferable.
  3. High school certificate in any faculty.
  4. A self-motivated person with the ability to identify, initiate, and implement corrective actions.
  5. Highly effective communication skills.
  6. Ability to control laborers at multiple functions.
  7. Apply flexible thinking while problem-solving in a systematic manner.
  8. Broad planning and cross-functional understanding.
