Procurement Associate Job Description

Kitopi is a leading food technology company that operates a portfolio of both invested and franchised F&B brands. As a Procurement Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies to meet the company's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and purchase raw materials, products, and services while developing strategies to reduce costs and meet company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and services.
  • Manage contracts with vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in regional sourcing and data analysis to inform procurement decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as commerce or supply chain management.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and other procurement software.
