Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support and guidance on company registration and RfP processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including procurement teams and government agencies.
Company Registration
  • Lead the process of registering companies on clients' portals, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company registrations.
RfP Team Support
  • Provide leave/vacation coverage to the RfP team as needed.
  • Scan public RFPs and RFIs.
  • Coordinate and follow up with partners to ensure decisions to bid are made in a timely manner.
Process Improvement
  • Support the development of automated dashboards to enhance reporting and analysis of RfPs and registration data.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the registration process, including identifying areas of efficiency, automation, and standardization.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
