SITC | الدولية is a fast-growing, highly congenial workplace seeking an efficient and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Provide administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations, including scheduling appointments, assisting clients, and directing callers to appropriate personnel.
- Draft and edit letters, reports, RFP responses, and other documents using word processing software.
- Manage calendars, coordinate logistics for meetings, and operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Research as requested, compile and summarize information for reports or presentations, and work closely with other administrative staff.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information, maintaining compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
Education, Experience, and Skills Requirements:
- Proficient in English & Arabic, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting is a plus.
- Digital literacy and research skills, including analyzing the reliability of information, are essential.
- Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office, and data management skills are required.
- Fluent in MS Excel and accurate record-keeping skills are necessary.
