Main Responsibilities:

  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  5. Operational Excellence:
    Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IVD, Life Sciences or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in healthcare or medical devices industry.
  3. Proven leadership skills, experience managing diverse sales teams.
  4. Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
