Key Accountabilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategy, enhancing reporting capabilities, and fostering collaborations with various departments to inform business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage month-end and quarter-end financial reports and budgets to align with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with budget holders and the finance team to create comprehensive and accurate financial information.
  • Act as a key point of contact for budget holders, providing support and guidance on financial matters.
  • Review company expenses to ensure accurate allocation to relevant cost centres and chart of accounts codes.
  • Present financial results to stakeholders, highlighting trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with departmental heads and colleagues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall financial landscape.

About You:

  • Hold a fully qualified accounting certification (CPA/CMA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in multinational accounting and financial reporting.
  • Proven track record of managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience with Oracle Financial Reporting tools is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
