  • Prepare top sheet and indirect cost estimates for heavy civil projects.
  • Lead and defend proposal presentations to senior management, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Oversee post-award handover, ensuring seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum 10 years of diversified experience in heavy civil projects, including 2 years of on-site experience and 5 years as a Senior Estimator.
  • Expertise in one of the following areas: marine, infrastructure, or complex structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in estimation software, preferably CCS.
  • Strong cost awareness, technical knowledge, and understanding of execution methodology.
  • High-level systematic and analytical thinking skills.
