Brightvision Capital Partners, LLC is looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team.

About the Job

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments and executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

They will also prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, manage incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors, direct them to appropriate personnel, and organize and maintain filing systems.

In addition, they will coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events, assist with expense reports and budget tracking, handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, and collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
