About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive the growth of our loyalty solutions and card benefits. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth across our loyalty platforms and card benefits.
  2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries to sell and promote our loyalty products.
  3. Platform & Solution Sales: Articulate the technical aspects of our loyalty platforms and solutions to clients, guiding them through platform and product implementations and customer journey strategies.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex environments with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  5. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their business needs and providing tailored loyalty and card benefits solutions.
  6. Communication Skills: Ability to simplify technical details for non-technical stakeholders and clearly explain the platform's value.
  7. Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings, sharing insights to help refine sales strategies.
  8. Multi-tasking & Prioritization: Efficiently manage multiple client accounts, sales opportunities, and projects simultaneously.
