At ServiceNow, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to lead the successful delivery of our Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions and services. As a key technical resource, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, and development of client-specific reporting.
  • Develop requirement integration components such as SSO, LDAP, etc.
  • Interface with ServiceNow technical teams to successfully set up the SaaS platform.
  • Be a lead member of the overall implementation project team.
  • Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related.

In order to be successful in this role, you need someone who has:

  • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
  • Experience of WebServices, APIs, Database-level integrations/ETL, Windows/Linux Operating System, Virtual machine configuration and connectivity.
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery.
