Job Overview:
At Edama, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, motivation, and development to ensure high performance.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role (5 years).
