We're looking for passionate individuals to join the pre-opening team at Kimpton Riyadh, the first Kimpton hotel in the Middle East. The ideal team member has an inclusive spirit who embraces individuality and can cultivate a work environment that's exceptional, uncommon, empowering, and exciting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervising Concierge Team: Overseeing daily operations to ensure high standards of service. Conducting briefings and training sessions to keep the team informed and motivated.
  2. Guest Relations: Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome. Assisting with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
  3. Managing Guest Services: Coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless experiences.
  4. Maintaining Knowledge of Local Attractions: Staying up-to-date with local attractions, restaurants, events, and activities to provide accurate recommendations.
  5. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and requests.
  7. Ensuring Safety and Security: Monitoring the lobby area and ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff.
  8. Enhancing Guest Experience: Organizing special events and activities for guests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
  • Two to three years' experience in a similar role.
  • International luxury hotel chain background.
  • GCC exposure.
  • English Fluency is required.
  • Arabic Fluency is preferred.
