Job Title: MEP Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Engineer to join our team at Bright International Contracting Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with expertise in designing and implementing building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis and calculations to size and select appropriate mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring optimal efficiency and functionality.
  • Manage the preparation of construction documents, including drawings and specifications, to effectively communicate MEP design details to contractors and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with architects and other engineering teams to create integrated MEP designs that seamlessly integrate into construction projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and troubleshoot complex MEP system issues, offering innovative and cost-effective solutions to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
  • Proficient in CAD software to develop detailed MEP system drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot intricate issues in MEP systems and propose creative, cost-efficient solutions.
  • Profound familiarity with building codes and industry regulations, allowing for rigorous reviews to confirm MEP designs adhere to safety and efficiency standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in estimation in the field of electrical, plumbing, HVAC works, firefighting, fire alarm, CCTV works, and other associated disciplines of MEP fit out works as applicable.
  • Expertise in the field of MEP Fit out works inside high-end malls and knowledge of authority approval procedures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
