  3. Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and other technical documentation.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  5. Provide regular progress reports and identify potential issues or risks to the project team.
  6. Address client concerns and provide technical expertise to resolve issues.
  7. Oversee testing and commissioning, ensuring the system is properly tested and commissioned.
  8. Prepare comprehensive handover documentation, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranty information.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  2. 3-7 years of experience in MEP and BMS field.
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal.
  4. PMP certificate is preferred.
  5. Good technical background.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  7. Team working skills.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Good English writing skills (proposal making, correspondence) to make comprehensive offers.
  2. Strong communication skills with capability to negotiate and manage project plans.
  3. Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Solid skills in MS Office Suite (Project, Word & PPT, Excel) are required.
  5. A background in the renewable field is a plus.
  6. Highly self-organized and time-managed skills.
