We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Governance Leader to join our team at Egis Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving and managing changes in the infrastructure industry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements.
- Design and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
- Completed Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in a leadership role, with at least 3 years' experience in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working internationally is a plus.
