Client Engagement and Retention Expert

About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Lendo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage with clients, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Lendo's products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales and Revenue: Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, through effective upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure that clients are satisfied with the level of service they receive, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in management, financing, accounting, or a similar field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in a financial institution
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
