About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Back Office Expert to support our investment department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all back office transactions related to the investment department, contributing to the enhancement of transaction processing and settlement procedures, and maintaining productive and effective working relationships within IDB Group entities and with external banks/partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in formulating policies and procedures for transaction processing, cash flow management, and liquidity management.

- Implement and support the review of existing policies and procedures, recommending changes to align with international practices and standards.

- Ensure strict compliance of policies and procedures with treasury transactional activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in finance and accounting.

Skills and Knowledge

- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, strategic planning, monitoring, processing, confirmation, and settlement of debt and capital markets instrument trades.
