Sales Manager for Oncology Products

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Oncology department. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), to promote company products and services.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to sales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to meet their sales targets.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
- Business Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Analytical Skills: Apply analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.
