- Support the Sales Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supervise and guide the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
- Conduct training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge, set performance goals, and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
- Customer Relationship Management:
