Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Execution & Strategy:
    • Assist in developing and implementing sales plans to meet revenue goals, monitor market trends, and optimize sales strategies.
    • Support the Sales Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supervise and guide the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
    • Conduct training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge, set performance goals, and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
    • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth client interactions and service delivery, track and analyze sales data to measure team performance.
    • Generate reports on sales achievements and areas for improvement, provide insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to support sales initiatives, assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
