Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales executives in developing and executing sales strategies for Operations & Maintenance and Managed Services offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Government and Private Sector accounts.
  • Lead the bid process, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely submission of proposals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of RFPs and formulate effective bid strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to plan, prepare, and execute complex sales cycles.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Manage all technical and commercial aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
  • Communicate client needs to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment.
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in Presales Engineering for Operations & Maintenance/Managed Services/Manpower Projects.
  • Track record of success in selling to Government/Enterprise customers.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives.
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
