Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  2. Supervise maintenance operations and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with the leadership team to create and manage the department's budget, tracking expenses and providing regular reports.
  4. Approve all installation and repair activities completed by the maintenance team, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  6. Prepare and submit department reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Power Engineering, or Mechanical Production Engineering.
  2. Minimum 30 years old, maximum 45 years old.
  3. Nationality: Egyptian.
  4. Residence Location: Egypt.
  5. Languages: Arabic (native), English (very good).
  6. Driving License: Any.
