Job Title: Senior Software Project Manager - Data Projects

Job Summary

Giza Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Project Manager to lead our Data Projects team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the overall project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a data project management role.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • Experience with data project management tools and technologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
