Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administration Manager to lead our team in managing the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Financial and Supply Chain Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external financial institutions, auditors, and tax advisors.
  • Manage relationships with supply chain partners and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure the company's compliance with local and international laws, including annual audits, inspections, and filings.
  • Liaise with legal counsel to address any legal issues or disputes that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in office administration management, preferably with a focus on overseas company setup and operations.
