We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the West Region. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales efforts forward by acquiring new customers, serving existing ones, and adjusting sales tactics to improve effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers by reaching out to leads.
  • Serve existing customers by optimizing their plans and relationships.
  • Modify sales strategies based on field tests and new insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
  • Maintain and meet monthly or bi-monthly performance targets.
  • Perform market analysis and monitor competitor activity to stay informed on industry trends.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.
  • Adapt sales presentations based on client needs and feedback.
  • Study existing and potential dealer volumes to optimize sales strategies.
  • Process orders by referring to price lists and product information.
  • Provide regular updates through daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Gather and analyze current market information on pricing, products, new developments, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

Requirements
