We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at BMC Software. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on IT Service Management (ITSM) products and services, including HP Service Desk, BMC Remedy/Helix, and ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate customer risks, and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
- Articulate the value of BMC's Social Enterprise solutions and inspire customers to adopt cloud computing technologies.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and drive risk mitigation.
- Prior experience with medium-large, complex project implementations.
- Prior experience with in-depth & wide-scale diverse portfolio engagements with timelines ranging from 1 week to several months.
- ITIL and all aspects of Service management including Service Desk, Configuration Management, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalogues and Knowledge Management.
- Deep ITSM or IT experience and knowledge of competitive landscape.
- Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops.
