Key Responsibilities- Equipment Hire Administration: Ensure the preparation of equipment hire in compliance with Aggreko procedures, including the distribution of service engineers and maintenance of equipment records.
- Service Department Support: Provide administrative support to the service department, including the maintenance of service records, compilation of site reports, and coordination with the service manager.
- ERP Management: Ensure general ERP housekeeping via the use of ABI & Power Pack reports, and maintain accurate records of breakdowns, equipment status, and service hours.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with service engineers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all service-related procedures are followed in accordance with Aggreko policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Education: College degree in administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in administration and customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in ERP systems and spreadsheet software is desired.
- Personal Qualities: High level of commitment and loyalty, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
