About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Manpower Operations to join our team at Rawaj-HCM. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and business development of our manpower company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the manpower company, aligning with the company's objectives and industry standards.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workforce deployment, compliance with local regulations, and effective management of operational costs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market share.
  • Financial Management: Manage the company's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and operational costs are controlled.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Risk Management: Ensure all company activities comply with Saudi labor laws and manage risks associated with manpower deployment.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on company performance, including financial metrics, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role within the manpower or staffing industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and developing talent.
  • Business Acumen: Track record of successful client relationship management and business development.
  • Financial Management: Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using industry-specific software and technology for workforce management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Corporate Experience: Experience working within a large corporate structure or holding company environment.
