Job Responsibilities:
- Market Development and Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries such as retail, events, exhibitions, entertainment, and corporate presentations.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends related to holographic technology and interactive displays.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using a combination of networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for selling Holobox technology to potential customers in both B2B and enterprise sectors.
- Present the features, benefits, and value propositions of Holobox to prospective clients through product demonstrations, proposals, and tailored presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing models and sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Building
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for their display and marketing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during and after the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to closing deals and ensuring post-sale satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer requirements are met and that Holobox technology is positioned effectively in the marketplace.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product team on customer needs and opportunities for product improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the tech, SaaS, or display industries.
- Strong understanding of the 3D display, holographic technology, and SaaS markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and report results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business success.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
