Drive Revenue Growth with Our Mid-Market Team

Lokalise is a leading AI-powered translation and localization platform that helps businesses expand into new markets. As a Sales Executive - Mid Market Growth, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with mid-market clients.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales Development and Marketing teams to identify opportunities and position Lokalise as a trusted partner in solving customers' localization challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Engage mid-market prospects, positioning and articulating Lokalise's value proposition.
  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities through collaboration with Sales Development Representatives and outbound efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Exceed sales targets by consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and provide accurate forecasting and account planning.
  • Stay informed about Lokalise's products, the localization industry, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably managing complex sales cycles with mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing new business.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPICED, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude, comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and able to quickly learn new technologies.
  • A resilient and proactive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
