As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Your primary objective will be to attract, select, and hire top talent that aligns with our company's values and goals. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing job postings, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
You will be accountable for ensuring all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as our company's policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. You should also have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fully responsible for the selection of candidates for the required job position in accordance with the job specification.
- Should always oversee the possibility of filling the position by Saudi nationals by giving preferences to educated and well experienced Saudis.
- Should convince/suggest the department heads for hiring the maximum number of Saudis in accordance with the government's saudization program.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
