  6. Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field to provide a solid foundation in program management principles and methodologies.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in program control within the civil engineering industry to demonstrate expertise and knowledge of program management best practices.
  3. Strong knowledge of program management principles and methodologies to ensure effective program execution and delivery.
  4. Proficiency in program management software and tools to streamline program control processes and improve efficiency.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to adapt to changing program requirements and priorities.
  8. Saudi national to ensure alignment with company objectives and requirements.
