About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our real estate sales team. As a key member of our Alliance Recruitment Agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for our real estate projects.
  2. Identify potential clients, build relationships, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  3. Oversee the sales process, including client inquiries, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  4. Collaborate with outsourced sales teams to ensure they are aligned with company objectives and delivering results.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for outsourced sales.
  2. Monitor vendor performance and ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon quality and timelines.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activities.
  2. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness for senior management.
  3. Provide recommendations for optimizing outsourced vendor strategies and improving outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Proven experience managing outsourced vendors and agencies.
  3. Skills: Strong understanding of sales strategies and real estate marketing practices. Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
