Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take and confirm reservations, as well as process cancellations and modifications.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with special requests, such as spa services, transportation, and entertainment arrangements.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.
  • Assign and oversee work tasks to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
