About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Patchi Café as an Area Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company. As a seasoned professional in the Food and Beverage industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of assigned Outlets, ensuring consistency in customer experience, high-quality service, and excellent health and safety standards.

Main Accountabilities
  • Manage and supervise assigned Outlets, conducting regular visits and reporting directly to the F&B Country Manager.
  • Develop and implement effective control measures to maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Review and analyze monthly results, highlighting areas for improvement and collaborating with the F&B Country Manager to address underperforming Outlets.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and share suggestions with the F&B Country Manager to drive business growth.
  • Prepare, review, and ratify all necessary paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules, in a timely and organized manner.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations pertaining to health, safety, and labor requirements, protecting employees, guests, and the company's reputation.
  • Monitor quality control procedures and evaluate food products to ensure consistent attainment of quality standards.
  • Act as a replacement for Outlet Managers or Assistant Outlet Managers when needed.
  • Oversee the procurement cycle for Front-of-House operations, including purchasing, receiving, and storing in coordination with the F&B Country Manager.
  • Determine optimal stock levels based on set PAR levels and operational needs.
  • Implement cost-saving measures by reviewing waste sheets, inventory reports, and purchase/requisition orders, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and expenses.
  • Analyze variances in inventory, identify cost-saving opportunities, and take proactive steps to mitigate wastage and reduce operational expenses.
  • Supervise and motivate employees to deliver exceptional performance, setting clear expectations for sales targets, service standards, facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with HR and line management positions to effectively hire, train, supervise, promote, and terminate staff within assigned Outlets.
  • Participate in the recruitment process to select qualified individuals for vacancies.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, courteously, and effectively, adhering to Patchi Café's standards.
  • Complete daily administrative tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular briefings, debriefings, and other meetings to foster effective communication among Front-of-House staff, upholding Patchi Café's standards.
