Key Responsibilities:

  2. Work closely with our Level 2 TAC support team to resolve complex technical issues and service requests related to wireless solutions.
  3. Provide in-depth technical support to our channel partners, specializing in campus networks and wireless solutions.
  4. Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs to enhance our partners' technical service capabilities.
  5. Lead the establishment and management of service delivery processes to ensure high-quality wireless services in target countries.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or associate degree in network essentials or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years of technical support and implementation experience in network-related areas (switches, routers, VPNs, and wireless technologies).
  3. Familiarity with leading network equipment vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei, and Juniper Networks is preferred.
  4. Proficiency in configuring and administering wireless products, including Wireless LAN Controllers and Access Points, as well as wireless security protocols.
  5. Holder of professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, HCNP/HCNE, JNCIS/JNCIP, HPE ASE, or Aruba ACMP is desired.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and clients.
  7. Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and engagements simultaneously.
  8. Strong English written and oral communication skills; proficiency in Chinese language is preferred.
  9. Willingness to undertake regular short business trips.
