Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with our vision and mission.
• Generate engaging digital content for our online platforms, including the website, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Manage and expand our presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Optimize our online visibility through effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience, nurture leads, and promote our programs and events.
• Analyzing digital marketing data to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with the web team to maintain an up-to-date and user-friendly website.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms and materials.
• Work in tandem with other teams to identify and cultivate partnerships that align with our goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the same industry as ARK People Solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is approximately 12000 SAR per month.
