About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at KONE. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide proactive and precise on-site communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Back Reporting: Accurately and timely report work performed to ensure the accuracy of e-Optimum and Customer Notification.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with customers, contact persons, and end-users present on site.
  • Equipment Safety and Performance: Ensure equipment safety and performance, and identify site risks to communicate to supervisors.
  • Site Management: Manage the site environment during service operations, and take immediate action in case of high-risk identification.
  • Service Operations: Execute service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs) respecting schedules, quality standards, and processes.
  • Workload Planning: Effectively plan workload in conjunction with the service supervisor, and raise sales leads to supervisors.
  • Reporting and Time Management: Submit timely back reports and time sheets based on execution, and manage proximity stock.
  • Tooling and Equipment Maintenance: Keep service tooling, vans, instruments, etc., safe, maintained, and in good condition.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of products, methods, and safety by providing feedback to PCM organization and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or high school in electrical or mechanical, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in our fields.
  • Nationality: This role is only open for Saudi nationals.
